Another virus that has been
sweeping across computer networks recently, W32/Sobig.f@MM, is a High
Risk mass-mailing worm. It arrives as an email attachment with a .pif or .scr
extension. When run, it infects the host computer, then emails itself (using
its own SMTP engine) to harvested email addresses from the victim's machine.
Again, if you feel that your machine may be infected with this or any

has been developed, called W32.Blaster.Worm. It affects Windows 2000
and Windows XP machines and can allow attackers to remotely control your
computer. Symantec has classified this virus as a Category 4 threat with
the number of affections being more than a thousand.
If you feel your machine is infected with this virus, please don't
hesitate to bring your machine for a free estimate and deep virus scan. |
